Hospitality Assured Accreditation Award

Pride Catering have been re-awarded the industry leading Hospitality Assured accreditation. Hospitality Assured has been endorsed by the British Quality Foundation as meeting the criteria in the EFQM Business Excellence Model.

External assessors from MQA spent two days visiting Pride's units, clients, customers, management and staff rigourously assessing the Standard for Service and Business Excellence in 10 key business functions. Pride demonstrated continued commitment to client service and satisfaction.
