Pride re-accredited Hospitality Assured!

In October 2009 Pride was fully re-assessed by the Institute of Hospitality. The Institute sets the standards for quality service in the Hospitality Industry. Pride is very pleased to retain this coveted accreditation and is delighted to have exceeded our previous score; this is a considerable achievement in the current economic climate. The assessors quoted that they are ‘pleased to recommend that accreditation is continued and they would like to congratulate those involved on this result and thank them for their openness, co-operation and passion for customer service’. Well done to all staff.
